It was a pleasure designing the logo and website for this company whose primary clientele are children with extra special needs. Bright colours, watercolour splashes, and lots of glowing testimonials from thankful parents. We love how we were able to incorporate cartoon-like speech bubbles into the “e” and “a” of the company name, but we have to give credit to the client’s brother for that clever idea!

Ostara Midwifery had a dated WordPress template that was not mobile-responsive or intuitive to navigate. The client had used clip art as her company logo, and it was time for an update. We took her slogan “heart-centred birth” and dove deeper into the company’s origin story. What was unique about Ostara Midwifery’s perspective?

People come first at Barber, and their desire for a patient and service-centred website made sense. Their existing site, built on Joomla, had content that was outdated. It needed to be re-worked and transferred over. We collaborated with staff to write new content. Patient photos and success stories were requested. Photo shoots were scheduled. To date, www.barberprosthetics.com was our largest website build. 

In March, I had the pleasure of working with Solid Rock Steel Fabricating Co Ltd., a well-respected company that has contributed to many of Vancouver's most iconic structures. Their portfolio includes the Expo Line and Millenium Line Skytrain Stations, the Capilano Cliffwalk, various libraries, malls, public art installations and more.
